Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our curated vintage collection, all sales at AMORE Vintage Tokyo are final and generally non-returnable. We only accept returns or exchanges in the rare event that an item is found to be non-authentic or significantly deviates from the provided condition report.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Notify our customer service team via email within 48 hours of delivery if you believe there is a significant discrepancy or authenticity concern with your purchase.

  Provide Documentation

  Submit clear, high-resolution photographs of the item, the original AMORE security tag still attached, and a detailed description of the issue for our authentication experts to review.

• 3.
  Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions to ensure the item is safely transported back to our Tokyo boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original sold condition with all tags attached before processing a full refund to your original payment method.
